CHTA TRADESHOW PROGRAM

CHTA has received funding confirmation for 2025-2026.  The following tradeshows will be supported by CHTA:
  1. NOCO Hemp Conference and Expo, Estes Park, Colorado (April 2025)
  2. EIHA Conference and Experience Hemp Berlin, Berlin, Germany (June 2025)
  3. Natural Products Expo West, Anaheim, California (March 2026)

The Partner Market Development Program is designed to allow Canadian Hemp Trade Alliance (“CHTA”) Members (the “Member”) to contribute funds and resources to the CHTA for projects of interest to their companies and the entire industry. This program will be utilized to ensure the maximum exposure of the CHTA as an association, Canadian hemp as a brand name, and finally to highlight individual members’ products and brands under these two symbols.

The Export Development component supports incoming and outgoing missions related to: exploring new market segments; developing new products or specifications, and; participation in CHTA-led international promotional events.

The Export Readiness component supports technical training related to: Members’ understanding new markets, products, and/or specifications; international clients understanding Canadian hemp products and the merits of their use, and; international regulators and other market leaders understanding Canada’s product specifications, regulations (quality and safety), and trade practices. The Branded Promotions component supports Export Members’ response to competitors’ foreign government sponsored initiatives in specific markets. This program is eligible for market development activities contributing to increased sales to all countries where Canadian hemp is exported, excluding the United States.

Members who are interested should review the CANADIAN HEMP TRADE ALLIANCE (CHTA) PARTNER MARKET DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2025/2026 GUIDELINES and email the document back to office@hemptrade.ca.
The CHTA is participating in high priority tradeshows in support of our members.  We have negotiated space in each show for members to attend and display their products alongside the CHTA.  However, the space is limited to the first members to sign up for each show.

Benefits for members attending an in-person tradeshow as part of the CHTA delegation

  • Attendance at the CHTA booth, show passes, dedicated table, display samples, distribute company PR materials, and meet prospective customers;
  • One pop-up banner can be displayed;
  • Company logo, name and email printed in the CHTA show brochure;
  • A display case for your products can be ordered (but there will be an extra cost);
  • Access to the trade lead database in advance of release to the general membership;
